The "Dashboard"

The Meta for Business "Dashboard" is a one-stop-shop hub for the tens of millions of visitors to the Meta for Business web ecosystem to control their experience, get guidance via a personalized business plan, access saved content and find the most relevant resources. The "Overview" tab provides each business a unique, dynamically generated, deeply personalized snapshot of their top actions, most relevant resources, important tools and more.

Plans

After onboarding, users receive a personalized Plan that gives consists of the most relevant goals for their unique business, and prescriptive steps for each goal that walk them through what to do, how to do it (including deep links to take specific actions) and additional information and inspiration to help them thrive.​

GAMIFIED

To encourage action and ensure a delightful, satisfying experience, Plans are designed with several gamification elements. Users can check off steps as they take actions, and when they've completed all steps for a given goal--or even hit certain performance targets--we celebrate their progress with a popup message, and even reward incentives for certain qualified businesses.

PERSONALIZED

Plans are a scalable, dynamic "goals-based framework" I conceived and developed; every plan is unique to a specific business, generated based on a combination of explicit signals provided by the business during onboarding, implicit signals pulled from their Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp business Pages and accounts, and a machine learning algorithm designed to know what's most important to any given user. 

JOURNIFIED

The Plans encompass a growing business' full journey, from just getting started to advanced strategies. We place each business wherever they happen to be on that journey, and users can work through their goals at their own pace.

Growth doesn't doesn't happen over night. Plans provide businesses a sense of place: they know where they are, where they need to go, and what it'll take to get there.

Resources

Users can use the "Resources" tab to discover the most relevant content, and even easily access saved content so they can read it later. 

Events

To provide a single home for users to discover and sign up for remote or in-person events--including workshops, webinars, industry meet-ups, conferences and more--we built an "Events" tab.

Preferences
